Yes. Our Google Business Profile Setup, $299 one‑time, claims, verifies and completes your profile and gives you a review link and QR card. No one can buy a top spot on Google, but a complete, verified profile with reviews is what Google looks at.

3 to 5 business days. After you pay, you send your setup details, and we book a 20‑minute call about your services, service area and hours. Before anything goes live, you approve the reply wording in writing.

Each lead is scored from 1 to 10 on how urgent it is, whether it's a job you want and whether it's in your area. You choose the score that counts as hot, 7 by default. Only hot leads send you an alert; the rest are logged with a reply already sent. Scoring is part of the Reply + Rank plan.

Every lead gets the instant reply at any hour and is logged to your Sheet. Alerts follow quiet hours you set, so you aren't woken up, and when they end you get one summary. A request the customer marks as an emergency on one of our forms alerts you right away.

No. The reply is a short template in your voice, and you approve the wording in writing before it goes live. AI only scores and tags leads; it doesn't write what your customers read. You get a copy of every reply, so you see exactly what each customer was sent.

You own it. Every lead is emailed to you and logged to a Google Sheet in your own Google account. We never log into your email, never contact your customers beyond the one reply, and never sell their details.

A test lead runs through your form every morning, so we catch a broken form before you would. Your monthly report lists any issues we fixed.

No. The engine doesn't create leads, and we don't guarantee bookings or revenue. It makes sure every lead you get is answered fast and shows you which ones to call first. Calling back is up to you.
