Questions
Good to know.
How fast can you come out?
Most calls in our area get a same‑day or next-morning window. You'll hear back within a minute of sending the form, and a plumber calls to confirm the time.
Do you charge to come out?
A service call is $79, and it's waived when you go ahead with the repair. You get a written price before any work starts.
What counts as an emergency?
An active leak or burst pipe, sewage backing up, no water at all, or no hot water with a baby or an older relative at home. We take those evenings and weekends too.
Where is my main water shutoff?
Usually where the water line enters the house, often in the crawl space, basement or garage, or in a box by the meter at the street. Call us and we'll talk you through it.
Should I replace polybutylene pipe?
If your home was built between 1978 and 1995 and has grey plastic supply pipe, it's worth replacing before it fails. Some insurers won't cover it. We'll check and give you a price.
Tank or tankless water heater?
A tank costs less up front and we can usually install it the same day. Tankless costs more but lasts longer and never runs out. We'll price both so you can choose.
Which areas do you serve?
Cobb County and north metro Atlanta: Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Roswell, Acworth, Vinings, Sandy Springs and Powder Springs.
